First-Year Persistence Rates of Bachelor’s Degree-Seeking Students
The majority of bachelor’s degree-seeking students who first enrolled in 2011–12 remained enrolled in their second year (85.9 percent). By race and ethnicity, three groups had first-year persistence rates of over 90 percent: Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander students (94.0 percent), international students (91.6 percent), and Asian students (90.9 percent).
